  • Trac

I’ll take who is Kyle Long for 2000.

    • Bobby Douglass

Who is Howie Long’s youngest son?

      • Trac

Wrong. Who is the man that sprung Matt Forte for a game winning TD against the pukes?

        • Bobby Douglass

          Suck it Trebek.

  • BearDown100393

    1. Define “entertaining”.
    2. A big contract
    3. Chicago Bears WR
    4. Future draft picks
    5. Capable CB
    6. No
    7. Probably more favorable than Will Smith even if they go 0-16

  • Irish Sweetness

The only question for the season that interests me is week one – and could they possibly shit a lemon and start Leno at RT. It’s him or Tayo … or Kyle. One of those things is bad.

Other than that … 9/4 … get on. No idea what happens in the five games after that, but week one is ours.

    Factoid.

    • you are obsessed with Tayo Fabuluje. If he starts at RT in week 1, Julius Peppers will have 3+ sacks.

      • MB30SD

But, but, but… he’s so Faaaabuuuuuuuluje!!!

    • Trac

If we can win a game in the first 4 weeks, I’ll be against the curd. I’m still predicting 3-3/4-2 outta the gate.

      • I think Arizona is winnable, and they get Oakland at home in week 4-they damn well better win that.

  • MB30SD

I think the more appropriate question is, WHERE the fuck is Alshon?!

    • Trac

Missing in action for a thousand please!

    • Irish Sweetness

      Starting Sunday.

      • MB30SD

        Is he?

      • willbest

Not on my fantasy team he isn’t unless he gets a full week of practice. I will bench him for Eric Decker.

        • Yeah, I wouldn’t start Alshon either. He might just go in for a series, limp out, then leave you with a big fat 0 on your roster. Or, maybe he comes balls-out and the Pack find out they got rope-a-doped.

I’m actually debating starting Royal over Cooper for my #2 WR spot. Hmmmmmm

I don’t even know who you are!

      • MB30SD

seriously?! You don’t like the Bourne series? It’s one of my favs by far.

        • Trac

The Rock baby. Damon is meh.

          • MB30SD

the rock is a badass… but love bourne. and you’re dead to me. haha

          • Trac

I’m a huge Vin Diesel fan as well. My dutch/german homie.

          • CanadaBear

Not sure if you know this but Vin plays for the other team. NTTAWT.

          • Huge Bear’s Penis

            he’s a “Packer”? NTTAWT

          • CanadaBear

            Yes he is.

          • MB30SD

            Hahahaha

          • MB30SD

Vin fucking diesel. .. jesus, you are definitely dead to me. That guy is a fucking knob.

          • Trac

Other than Jason Stratham, you’re not gonna find a more awesome character role than Riddick. Dude was perfect in those.

          • MB30SD

            Dude. Doooooood

          • Trac

Let me guess, you’ve watched every Steven Segal movie at least twice. Hahaha, you know you have.

    • Irish Sweetness

Even more ripped is Gyllenhall in Southpaw (which is a POS movie). Think Rocky VI meets POS movie.

Aside: Found out that Tommy Morrison died of AIDS in 2013. I did not know that. R.I.P Tommy.

      • The GP

        Balboa!

      • CanadaBear

Yeah, he had trouble getting fights because of it.

  • Scharfinator

So Mills is gone. Didn’t I say he was done with that injury? Let’s see if whoever picks him up figures that out as well.

    • Trac

Mills Schmills! If he’s off the Bears roster then he’s dead to me.

      • Irish Sweetness

He is a Dallas Cowboy. We cut him and Sherrod Martin (a solid-looking safety) to sign a guard and a tackle.

        • Trac

I live in the heart of cowgirl country. They’re dead to me as well.

        • Waffle

Sherrod Martin hurt his arm in the 4th preseason game

    • eh. Mills was a 4rth rounder. No one really expected him to start at OT his rookie yr and contribute. He actually did OK (unless one goes strictly by PFF) considering the circumstances (Not least of which was the shitty coaching).

At least he wasn’t a 1st like Carimi.

      • Scharfinator

I didn’t mind his play, actually. He wasn’t amazing, but for his situation, he did fine. He just had that injury and it refused to heal. People said he was going to get better, but it was lingering way too long.

        • Yeah, I didn’t know the severity of his inj till late last season. That’s the thing sometimes.
The coaches keep injs all hush-hush, and players don’t like using it as “an excuse” (it’s only a flesh wound!), so between the two we sometimes forget as fans that the players don’t suck that badly, but they’re just inj beyond repair.

That’s why Patrick Willis retired. He kept saying his feet hurt. Everyone responded, “Really, you’re bitching about your feet?”, so he said, fuck it. I retire before I begin really sucking balls.

      • Huge Bear’s Penis

        he was a 5th round pick not a 4th.

  • Irish Sweetness

So I see Davante Adams in a headline about fantasy, and how he’s a good start against Chicago. I have to find out who wrote that, so I dive in. Fabiano. He listed Andre Johnson as a bad matchup against the Chiefs … who are playing Houston … who AJ doesn’t play for anymore.

Fabiano, you have been measured sir, and found wanting.

  • The GP

Foxy just start the game physical. Take the line, such as it stands, and run 3 yards and a cloud of dust the first series – even if we punt – and just make it nasty in the trench.

If we can’t establish any running game, we’re fucked. Foxy is all about time of possession.

    • FQD1911

the run game is this squad’s only hope. if the line can create holes for Double-Deuce, then everything else offensively will prosper. if not, expect to see a lot of blowouts.

  • willbest

    1) Yes.
    2) right tackle
    3) A top 20 WR in the NFL
    4) Yes in Jones at LB who should be solid though not necessarily elite for years to come. As for the D-line unknown at this time
    5) A starting caliber CB in the NFL, whether he develops into a top 20 talent remains to be seen
    6) Doubtful. He will preform as well as he usually does (15-18th best QB in the league) and not do anything to embarrass himself. Teams like the Bills or Texans who are probably 1 average QB away from seriously competing will put in serious offers as Chicago has shown a willingness to not dump him and he comes with ridiculously good contract (no more than 16 mil guaranteed, and no cap hit greater than 16.5 million in 2016, 17 or 18. Plus a claw back clause if he injures himself and can’t make the active roster in 17 and 18). A pair of 2nd rounders and Jay’s inability to get it done over the last 7 seasons will be enough for Pace to enter QB purgatory.
    7) That this season while not as hyped as last season was at least watchable and that the Bears didn’t do anything to embarrass themselves. Seeing something that resembles a team with the hope that next year might lead to an above .500 season with potential playoff hopes.

    • But everybody and their mother has been assuring me for the last 18 months that that’s the worst contract in the history of sports! he comes with ridiculously good contract ”
But everybody and their mother has been assuring me for the last 18 months that that’s the worst contract in the history of sports!

      • BerwynBomber

Only the first two years, especially the first. Everyone knew the backend was less painful, hence Pace’s (seeming) flexibility in moving him after the ’15 season.

      • willbest

I have always contended that the contract was fair given the projected salary cap over the life of the contract, and the fact that everybody he was being compared to (Eli, Big Ben, Rivers) were all in year 4 of their 5 year deals. All of whom are getting new paper that dwarfs Jay’s deal.

The counter was always that the guaranteed was a bit steep, and perhaps it was. But it seems what people mostly objected to was the front loading of his contract with 22.5 million in year one. Never mind the 15.5, 16, 15, 16 mil in years 2-5, which like I said look particularly cheap given all the new QB contracts.

        • BerwynBomber

To a point. But the reason they could not move him this off-season was because of his contract. You can point out Alex Smith’s as a similar contract, but I don’t know if the rest of the league thinks Smith’s a good contract either.

Remember, not every QB contract is a good one.

Plus, Big Ben and Rivers are not good comps for Jay. Different level of QBs. Eli, regular season, sure, but he is rewarded (my guess) for his post-season success.

          • willbest

Its hard to make sense of the QB market. The Eagles traded away Foles who they were paying $2 million to acquire a guy that hasn’t played in a live NFL game in 1.5 years and who is owed I believe $12 million. Plus they gave up draft picks for him as well.
I think if the Texans could go back in time they might have traded for Jay because I think back in March they expected Mallet to rise to the occasion and now they are rolling with Hoyer.

          • BerwynBomber

Agreed. I thought STL came out much better in the Bradford/Foles swap. The only argument could be that Bradford still has a higher ceiling. Everything else favors Foles.

HOU, BUF and CLE all would have been decent trading partners for Jay. But my bet is the two years of $32M scared them off. If Fox wants to move him after this year, the 1 year should be much easier for a QB-barren team to take on.

Btw, Jay could play a little better this year. Yes, on average he finishes in that 14-18 range but just as he can sometime finish worse than that he can also sometimes finish better. Maybe Gase will help move him in that positive direction.

    • Waffle

who should I start at QB? Caleb Hanie or Chad Hutchinson?

    • NewBearInTown

Matt Ryan still available for anyone still looking for a starting QB.

      • Waffle

lol, still trying to pawn off Ryan on us for 2RB’s , 2WR’s a backup TE and a top 10 D????

        • Trac

Hahaha. NB reminds me of the good Ole days when I used to sell floor covering and the Pakistani’s would come in the store to haggle. All the salesman would run the other way.

          • Waffle

NB is very patient. He knows that deep down I want Ryan but I am not willing to part with Demaryius Thomas who is going to have the most ridiculous year of all time with Decker being gone.

          • You interested in Brady or Bradford + Cooper for Demarius?

            (tip o the hat)

          • Waffle

interesting. Let me ponder this for a moment.

          • Sent you a trade deal.
I reaaaallly don’t wanna let go of Cooper or Bradford, but, fuck it, gotta make a move.

          • Waffle

i’m bizzy getting rich mang. ain’t nobody got time for fantasy trades while i’m climbing on the backs of poor old ladies for the almighty doll hair.

          • willbest

Did I hit a time warp? Decker left after 2013. Or did you mean to say Julius Thomas being gone.

          • Waffle

            haha, I guess both….

          • NewBearInTown

Make the offer Waffle. I made offers to a couple of guys, nobody has made me a counter. Put something on the table.

I’ve got a blue chip QB on the table. Someone has to offer me a blue chip WR or RB in exchange.

          • MB30SD

Yonny, help a Semitic brother out maings! Come on!

          • NewBearInTown

I’ll do you one better. I will put any of my three QBs on the table for the right offer. Rodgers, Ryan or Wilson. Wilson is a bit pricier (though I’m starting Ryan week 1 without a trade). Rodgers is moreso. But my door is open.

And no, I’m not interested in your middling TE.

          • Waffle

By my calculations Rodgers will be dead by Sunday night.

          • Are you crazy? NBIT is one of the best FF players.

            This is NB in FF

          • Ososfan

Don’t know about fantasy but NBIT is a wizard when it comes to chess. I’m like 0-5 against him!

          • Waffle

New Bear, i am intrigued by your interest. Let me ponder this a bit. Maybe i can put together a 3 way trade to get Cutler back into my loving arms.

          • MB30SD

      • Why trade for Ryan when HOF Hoyer is still sitting on the waiver wire!

    • I like how GP (aka SACK) talks down the James Jones signing on here, then I open Da League up, and see this.

      • The GP

Disinformation. It’s a ritual on Wall Street.

        • If Waffle makes the trade with me, I might have a trade deal for you. But it’s contingent on tradewind.

          • The GP

            Cam is available.

          • haha, you bastard!
Well, I rode Johnny Manziel to ff destruction last season, so it wasn’t my WORST decision.

          • Waffle

lol, I’ve learned never to make something contingent on Tradewind being present.

    • MB30SD

Wow, just wow. I’ve always looked at that pic and just thought….. wow.

      • just had to google “douche + Aa” and, bamn, instant pic.

Cant be bothered to read it, although i’m curious where k.c. landed. And since it appears the nfl is determined to let the patriots cheat their way to another championship opportunity there is little to say about the top three.

  • Sactowns#1

Anyone want to take a chance on Reggie Wayne?

    • Waffle

I love Wayne and he’d be better than Bellamy.

      #routetechnician
      #whydidihashtagthat

    • Nah. He’s pondering retirement. The Pats, decent vet evaluators, didn’t want him, and they’re SB contenders with worse WRs than us.

      Pass.

  • Big Mike

Cutler could play lights out. The defense could be much improved and the Packers would still be likely to beat the Bears. Bears need one of those “everything goes there way” type of days.

    • I don’t think it’s as insurmountable as many forlorn fans assume. Anyone who has actually played sports acknowledges that rivalries can charge a team up. Esp when the other team’s coach proclaims they’re gonna kick ass.

Bears score first, put pressure on Vadgers, and maybe get a turnover or two (plus run game for TOP), and it’ll be competitive.

I agree with Shady’s post about Cutty. I think he tends to get an itchy trigger when the Bears go down by a TD or two, and that’s when he starts pressing (and turning it over).

It’s like losing $ in Vegas, then you begin doubling down to recoop lost $. It’s down the rabbit hole and siphoning gas from parked cars to get home after that (so I heard)

Hopefully, gase and gang prepped him about it. Don’t abandoned run when down by a TD, or even 2. Keep it close. If it’s late in the 4rth, then fuck it, bombs away, but not until then. This openor is as much about building confidence as it is about winning.

      #rodgersMuerto

      • TheBigCheesy

Bears went up 7-0 at Soldier Field in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Forced a couple of turnovers in ’12 and ’13. Pressured Rodgers in ’12. Ran all over them in ’13 and ’14. Still wasn’t enough.

Yes, this is a rivalry game. But it’s Jets-Patriots, not Steelers-Ravens.
Can the Bears win? Yes, they obviously can. But honestly I can’t think of anything you can hang your hat on other than “Any Given Sunday.” Well, I guess the new coaching staff makes them somewhat of an unknown quantity, but John Wooden couldn’t even turn the 2014 Bears around that drastically, that quickly.

Just look at the last 21 times the Packers have played the Bears in Illinois….

17-4. On the road. That is absolutely sick. The Bears are fucked.

I can’t argue with #rodgersMuerto, however. That definitely worked in 2013 (until his resurrection at least)

        • WP34

Rodgers saying that everyone knows he was hurt last year v Hawks – that is why he didn’t perform.

The smugness that your team, organization and fans acted with recently has gone on for far too long, is going to make it so much better when the BELOVED turned the tables and we dominate again.

For us, we have nothing to lose. So what if #6 goes down, have our fans already hate him. But, don’t say I’m short Rodgers, he is one more sack away from losing his and your teams immortality…we have a new MLB.

I wonder how many flags Rodgers is going to plead for Sunday…

What really bothers me about your fan base, is that even when you guys stunk – you were POS – Charles Mann – Slamming #9, Ken stills cheap shot on #26, etc… that kinda shit on my street gets your teeth knocked in.

This is why I cant go to bars…I would be kicking the shit out of every sausage eating, fat white boy fudger.

          • MB30SD

Hahahaha… are you ‘of color’ WP?

          • WP34

            No – that’s the funny/crazy part…

I know Cheesy is a resident here before me and is in good nature, and have seen some of his comments quite funny, and if watched a game together, we would have some beers and laughs, so cheesy my above rant isn’t personal to you.

Maybe its just the Irish blood

          • Are you related to Waffle?

          • WP34

            Not that I know of.

(somewhere I read we are all related one way or another…spinning on a planet at the correct angle in some atmosphere)

          • MB30SD

            Ah.

Well, he’s much smarter than the average 3-toothed hillbilly packers fan – he and I went to the same college. Although he was playing fucking hackysack in the quad with the rest of the shiftless stinky hippies while I was sweating my ass off on the practice field. Goddamned hippies – but he’s still a fucking packers troll from time to time… which is disappointing.

          • Johnnywad

            CHEESY WENT TO COLLEGE????!!!!!! WHAT????!!!!
Is he really Scott Walker then?

          • MB30SD

yeah, a very good one too. Imagine that, and then choosing the packers are your team johnny. Sad sad turn of events… although he’s a reg here for a reason (shhhhhh… closet bears fan)

          • WP34

Cheesy our resident closet bears fan! …I think that could stick…

        • Then stats say we’re due.

      • Big Mike

Otherwise known as everything goes there way…

        • I don’t think so. As long as Cutty doesn’t go rogue, I think we can even withstand a turnover, FG missed, maybe a FG instead of a TD.

These Packers aren’t the 85 Bears. They can get beat, esp vs their biggest rivals on opening day away.

      • BerwynBomber

I think it is winnable as well. Unless we don’t think we can beat DET and MIN at Soldier either.

Beyond Rodgers, the Cheese personnel isn’t all that. The division will be a dogfight.

  • TheBigCheesy

Funny how Jeff acknowledges what a clown Brandon Marshall is as soon as he leaves the Bears.

Can we finally get his honest Cutler assessment when he’s a Jet next year?

    • The GP

Jeff will advocate re-signing Cutler, regardless of the year he has this year. Bank it.

      • BerwynBomber

And if Tillman has a solid year, we will never hear the end of it.

  • FQD1911

    Answers:

    1) Yes and no, if that makes any sense. Yes, in that the Bears are always entertaining because it’s football. No, because the Bears are not good this year…straight up.

    2) Left Tackle

    3) An enormous potential at WR, but he gets hurt a little too much. The “laziness” issue he dealt with at South Carolina is not an issue anymore.

    4) Some (Jones, Goldman, maybe Ego)

    5) The future at CB for the Bears. He will play with the Bears for 10 years.

    6) It REALLY depends on how he does this year. If he does well (or even average), the $$$ will dictate that he stays. If he plays poorly and is benched at all during the year, he is done in Chi.

    7) “This defense made the 2014 version look like the best defense in the league last year.”

MY MAN MB!!!! what’s up guy? last time i posted on here, they said you had taken an indefinite leave of absence.

          • FQD1911

DAVE!!!! saw EnderWiggin on here, so everything looks the same haha.

fellas…are we in for a 5-6 win season or am I being a wee bit pessimistic?

          • MB30SD

            I pegged it at 7-9

that’s my max for this squad. 7 wins is a TALL order with that defense.

        • MB30SD

what is up my maingses. Same shit, just pushing the rock uphill baby. What’s your gig?

          Come back to us man.

          • FQD1911

still in the freight brokering biz, trying to turn a penny into a nickel or better. i’m trying to do better about lurking man…it’s tough though lol

          • MB30SD

i get it, but try. good to have some of the OG back

  • Bears-4-Ever

    1. Potentially…Yes.
    2. I would agree Tackle makes the most sense.
    3. “Glass Joe”. One more injury and he’s a faded memory.
    4. Can’t answer this until after at least the 4th game.
    5. He’s a Pro-bowler for sure if he can stay healthy over the next few seasons.
    6. Yes, IF and only IF he performs well. If he makes bone-head panicked mistakes, he’ll be traded in 2017.
    7. Fans—–> “Well at least it wasn’t as bad as 2014.”

    • The GP

Everybody’s answer to question 5 is Tiger Tony: “he’s gonna be grrrrrreaaaat!!”

But Fuller has displayed some serious shortcomings as a corner. At the end of the Trestman debacle, he got 0wn3d by Megatron, and other wideouts made him look silly. He didn’t seem like a good hip pocket corner in pre-season.

I don’t share the upside on this kid. He needs to work on his game, and he’s a bit fragile. If he’s not going down as another Emery fuck-up, then this would be the year to show up.

      • I just don’t know if Fuller is a man CB. He’s bigger and not as fluid or as explosive as Peterson in ARIZ.

He was drafted to be a Cover-2 CB. This might be Shea as DE all over again. Hope not, but I’m def having bad flashbacks there.

        • BerwynBomber

Whoa, Nelly. You might be right about C2 v. M2M but Fuller has already flashed more in the first half of last year than Shea has over his entire three or four years.

Though (high irony alert) Shea arguably provided our single, most meaningful play in the last half decade.

      • Trac

        Shoulda taken Mosely.

  • The GP

    JPP to miss Giants opener.

The fingers he blew off on the 4th have apparently not grown back

    • MB30SD

      hahaha

    • Trac

He needs to order some of that wonder water from Russell Wilson.

  • The GP

Roger enlists his personal TV network (4 letters) that does his bidding to release a new show for Outside the Lines on spy gate.

And holy shite, the bombshells are big.

Pats employees broke into hotel rooms of opposing players to steal play books. They planted staff in opposing locker rooms to photo that first 20 plays sheet that goes on the qb wrist.

They were tapping the radio sets of opposing coaches. Huge spy ring.

    I guess Roger is pissed

    • Roger gave them a chance. Someone who was an “insider” told me the two things the NFL never talks about is Spygate and (I forgot the other). They burned those tapes for a reason.
Then, the Pats turn around and embarrass Roger (and the other owners who were tired of the Pat’s cheating).

So, Roger is going full force, and I don’t mean the sneakers.

My guess is that Roger has a lot of info (heck, maybe master copy of those tapes?) on Spygate that he’s going to be feeding the networks.

Like someone else said – it’s like Isis vs N.Korea.

It’s hard to root for one or the other, but it’ll be fucking hilarious to witness.

      • Trac

Kraft may be a great owner from their fans point of view but he’s an arrogant ass.

      • BerwynBomber

I haven’t read the entire ESPN report so take the following conjecture with a grain of salt but I wonder if Goodell purposefully destroyed Spygate evidence back in the day because he knew if the public ever learned how rampant/extensive the Pats’ cheating was he would have to vacate their championships.
Think about it. Not much kills a sport, league, tournament, event, etc. more thoroughly than vacating a championship, especially with something as large as the Super Bowl. Yeah, MLB has been vacating steroids records of late but that is still an open, confusing debate. You start vacating championships you got something like the Tour de France on your hands, which no one trusts.
And in a way it further fits into the idea that Goodell did Kraft a huge favor back in the day which was why the former was extra red-assed about Deflategate.

        • Irish Sweetness

Cycling, like most sports, is riddled with drugs.

Like comedian Tommy Tiernan said, the olympics should be held in Galway, and anyone can take whatever drug they want. Athletes represent pharmaceutical companies, not countries. Level the playing field.

If you want to run 100M in 3 seconds, go for it.

    • SC Dave

Yeah, but its likely all true. Roger dont caaaaaare about airing shitstained league laundry like before when he ordered the evidence destroyed to keep effluent from spattering onto The Shield.

The league has known about Kraft and Belichick cheating for 15 years now, and basically told the rest of the teams they did not care.

  • Cobb talking about extra padding, wearing a harness, and falling “properly”.

Someone needs to give him a shoulder check.

      Oh, he gone

    4) maybe… love to see CD be a star just so that so many of you are wrong
    5) a multiyear roster guy, with zero pro bowls. In other words, our hillenmeyer cb, without the awesome blocks for hester.
    6) i imagine we’re stuck with him. We hate he wont reach potential, but he’s better than most of the fucks we’ve had in my life
    7) dreamin SB, some day

    • MB30SD

Sorry on #4 baby. This is his last year in B/BO. 3rd spot in as many years. SMH

      • SC Dave

Probably, but to paraphrase Nicklaus about the ‘inevitability’ of Tiger passing his major win total, “dont you think you should wait til it happens first?”

It of course never did, and never will.

        • MB30SD

I cannot UNsee what I have seen dave.

And if my fb IQ leads me astray on this one I will be pretty surprised. And I will openly eat my crow dinner for you baby!

    http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/13618721/pete-carroll-says-kam-chancellor-no-show-seattle-play-sunday

Ok, time to start a real discussion before we all spin off into madness a couple days short of sunday’s frenetic wiggle.

Kam Chancellor… my FB mancrush. WTF is going on there. I can’t remember the last time a super star on a SB contending team went so far as to holdout and miss the opening game of the season?! Has this happened before in recent history? It may well have, I just don’t remember.

Is this the new way? I remember Bennet’s bro almost did, but he got a deal and didn’t miss games did he (let alone the opener). I mean, is this just a seattle thing? or maybe it’s the new way for guys on perennially contending teams?

    Thoughts?

    • Trac

At least he’s their problem and not ours for now. The name Todd Bell comes to mind.

      • MB30SD

I wouldn’t mind if he was our problem. We have the Steinmaster.

    • willbest

Guy has no honor. I get holding out when you over play your round 4+ rookie contract, or some league min deal. Or you are headed into the last year of your contract and you want some security. I can even see Black Unicorn’s POV even if I don’t agree with it (no guaranteed left, overplaying contract over half over, giving it 100% week in and week out hurt or not).
But these Seattle guys just inked new paper a year ago and have 3 years left on their deal.

You know what it is. They feel they took discount deals because they planned on some HOF dynasty type run, and when they realized after their loss in the SB how hard that was going to be they decided it was best to just get paid and realized that if they had hit FA they would be making a million or two more a year.

      • MB30SD

        interesting points.

    • Irish Sweetness

FWIW … Ditka would have traded him. I get re-negotiation, but you have to nip this thing in the bud. If everyone starts renegotiating their contracts … you could be looking at empty football fields.

Pay him, but don’t give him any guaranteed money. Do you get guaranteed money in your job?

  • MB30SD

I’m holding this bitch up right now huh? Aight.

Didn’t that story come out like 2 years ago?

  • Johnnywad

All three receivers practiced today, Royal and Wilson for a second time. Jeffery was just in shorts but running his routes.

My excellent plan is coming together excellently.

  • Trac
  • Trac

Jeff needs to stop with the hand wringing on where Long will play. If he can’t trust this coaching staff with the O-line, he might as well become a Jets fan.

  • BerwynBomber

DaBearsBlog @dabearsblog You know what position I like on the Bears? Quarterback.

    We would have never guessed.

Out of all the draft picks Adrian Amos is my favorite for the beloved. He looks and has the attitude to play for a very long productive career with the bears. He has a chip on his shoulder and I believe will be the biggest secondary steal of the draft. He went from 4th string 5round rookie to our starting FS. Gotta love it!
