Hahahaha still riding high from Thanksgiving Night – suck it Packers!

    • MB30SD

Down goes radjas… down goes radjas!!

      • BillW

        Oh F*CK!

    • CanadaBear

I guess my memory is getting selective in my old age. I can shrug off the losses by days end. I’m still grinning over the win. In fairness, if the Beloved start winning on a regular basis the losses will start to sting a bit more.

  • CanadaBear

Admittedly I’m not big on TD celebrations that are staged but I do get a kick out of Zach Miller blowing kisses to the crowd after scoring in an away game. You just know the drunken meatheads in the endzone seats are going nuts.

  • Big Mike

Hey guys, maybe this was on the last thread, but who are we pulling for today?

    • Shady

Check the caption under the pic of Raplesberger up top.

      • Big Mike

looking at this on my phone.. didn’t see it. thanks.

      • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

        Is Jeff assuming the C
Vikes will implode later, or ceding the div and going for the wc?

        • BillW

          I wondered the same thing

          • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

The Falcons still play the Panthers twice, and the resurging Bucs. No cakewalk.

I might be rooting for them over the Vikes.

        • CanadaBear

I think he’s ceding the division but hedging his bets by saying the BiQueens aren’t a lock.

  • DocNitty Ellipsoids Ornamental

    No Bears.

    Who cares?

    Still riding high,

    Am I.

  • AlbertInTucson

    “DaBearsBlog @dabearsblog
So LSU let Les Miles think he was being fired for two weeks?”

    Yeah, so what?

    That street runs two ways.

The coaches let the Universities dangle in the wind when a plum job opens up and their names starts getting mentioned for it.

They either jump ship or leverage a new contract out of it.

  • MB30SD

Vikings implosion starts today. Called it.

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Just saw the schedule for the Panthers and Pats going forward.

Holy crap. Two undefeated teams is a real possibility.

Panther’s D remind me of vintage Lovie D. Just balling. And in the redzone, how can a D stop Cam?

I might be sitting Brady in FF today. Playing @Den in the snow vs #1 D with Dola, Lewis, Edlemen out?
That might be too much for even Brady. Can’t believe I’m starting McCown over him, but gotta do it.

If the Pats don’t lose this week, they’re likely running the table.

    • kurt6009

Lovie’s defense was smoke and mirrors. Balled against mediocre to bad teams and awful against good teams.

      Smith has gone 49-15 vs.teams with losing records in his career (a .765 winning percentage);
11-8 vs. teams with .500 records (.579); and a 19-38 mark against teams with winning records; and.333 winning percentage in 57 games against his stiffest competition.

Lovie is a horrible coach and that will be shown (once again) in T.B once all is said and done.

Remember it was Lovie’s defense that allowed Seattle to have back to back 90+ yard drives
to end the game and win in overtime to beat the Bears. THAT’S the real Lovie “bend and then break” defense against upper echelon teams.

      • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

That D vs SEA was with Franken-lacher and an old Peanut, plus no Harris or Mike Brown

When Lovie had all those players, the D forced a shitload of TOs and scored off them too.

That D was NOT smoke and mirrors, but obviously he’s a mediocre HC at BEST. I was glad when he got the boot. 2 years too late, IMO.

        • kurt6009

The “D” did do those things, against the fluff teams…even when fully healthy. They got steam rolled against teams above .500 as his record shows.

Dungy must have been licking his chops when he saw that he’d play Lovie in the SB. Dungy was the architect of that defense and won his only Super Bowl against Lovie. Lovie has gotten a lot of credit for Dungy’s defense.

          • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

All Ds struggle vs top flight teams. I’m no fan of Lovie, but to say his Ds were smoke and mirrors is offbase.

That SB team lost both Tommie Harris and Mike Brown. If not, we win that game even with Rex fucking Grossman at QB and Cedrunk at HB.

          • Bender McLugh

This. If it was only Neckbeard……

      • MB30SD

        Thiiiiiis!

Are you my inflamed alter ego?!

…btw, I only think he’s smoke and mirrors in tampa. With us he was legit till the end. His o sucked and as an HC he sucked.

        • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Lovie the HC was mediocre, but Lovie the DC was good.
Some may argue that perhaps it was the talent that made that D, but then you would have to give Angelo credit for putting that talent on the field.

          • MB30SD

            I will not sir!

    • Shady

If the Pats and Panthers meet again in the Super Bowl as they did in 2003, maybe we can get Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson to do the halftime show again…

      • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Janet’s sagging now. Get Katy Perry to pull a wardrobe malfunction…now we’re talking.

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

    Upset special of week.

    Wash over NYG.

Are Browns even underdogs vs Ravens? Like them over Ravens.

Broncos upset Pats in a low scoring affair.

    Texans over Saints

    Bengals over Rams

Cotls squeak out Bucs, but wouldn’t bet on it.

    Chiefs over Bills.

    Cards over 9ers

    • Shady

Upset special of the week was BEARS OVER PACKERS.

    • Irish Sweetness

Hope you were backing those !!!

My betting site suspended betting and I couldn’t get my HOU/NYJ/NE bet on.

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Yes, I am a genius, thank you very much.

Though I didn’t quite expect the Cards game to be that close, nor the Pat’s game to be that highscoring.

  • willbest

I am looking at Minnny’s schedule and I think if they lose this game, they aren’t getting to 10 wins unless they beat us. I started to run scenarios but realized I don’t care enough. I think I am neutral, to rooting for Atlanta in this one.
I am indifferent in Indy. We control our destiny against Tampa. If we get to 10 wins, they can do no better than 10 wins and we have the h2h tiebreaker on them.
Seattle needs to lose 2 more games and there is nothing to be done about that but root for whoever is playing them (except next week when its Minny and that depends on who wins this weeks game in Atlanta).

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

    AP just pulled a Langford.

  • Cubsnlinux

Who are we rooting for today? Vikes/Falcons? What helps DaBears?

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

      That’s a matter of debate.

If we’re still shooting for the div, root for Falcons.
If we’re ceding the div and hoping for WC, I guess go Queens?

      • Cubsnlinux

What’s the easier path per schedule(s)?

        • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

It’s kinda still too early to figure that out, IMO. You gotta then look at the Vikes/Pack schedule, tiebreakers, etc.

The way I see it, the Falcons have a tougher schedule then the Vikes, so I’m rooting for them expecting them to collapse (already happening).

But that’s just me. Jefff is pulling for the Vikes probably in hopes of us getting that WC, but we lost a lot of tiebreakers for a WC.

          • Cubsnlinux

Thanks, that makes sense. Playoffs appear to be a long shot either way but crazier things happen every week in the NFL. Bear Down.

          • willbest

If the Bears win out, they would be better than 50/50 to make the playoffs. The hard part is winning out though.

      • Trac

Looks like GP might save my season for another week. Ender is failing.

        • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Ender has a solid team too. Go figure.
I ended up switching out like 3 of my regular starters today, including Brady.

Given that both Foster and Forsett went down, I’m going into the playoffs on crutches.

GP got a free starting HB with Allen, so he might be dangerous if he’s in , which he likely will be.

Artoo looks in, but if he loses and 505 keeps winning…

I think you ended Shady’s championship repeat. You broke him like the Panthers broke Romo.

          • Trac

Every time I bench Hilton and Fitz, they do well, when I start em, they suck hind titty. Can’t figure those two players out.

  • DaMurph

What is wrong with Matt Ryan….he is making worse throws than Cutty ever did.

  • RenoBear

Good lord… Eli sucks. Still can’t believe he’s won two (!!!!) Super Bowls… Couldn’t care less about winner of that game, just need the over at 41 points

    • willbest

I would prefer the Giants win out.

      • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Keep refraining, the Potato Skins are scrappy with Cousins.

Their D is under rated, and they are committed to the run with shots downfield.

I don’t know why everyone kept picking the Gmen.

I guess ppl don’t actually watch games.

        • willbest

Because I want them to beat Minny and knock the Skins out of the WC race. But with Minny winning, and Skins winning, I want different things.

        • Irish Sweetness

They are a pretty decent team at home (against less than stellar teams). The Giants give up more yards than anyone.

  • Captain Obvious

Just because the Falcons are ahead of the Bears for a wild card slot does not mean I’ll root for the Vikings. The Vikings start losing, there’s still a wild card slot available. The Falcons can lose more games down the stretch. They suck.

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

      That’s my rationale.
Plus, I don’t think I can make myself root for the Queens.

      • Captain Obvious

        Ditto. I hate the Vikings.

  • SC Dave

    AP is still a freak

    • Captain Obvious

      He’s still a child-beater, too.

      • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

His hands aren’t like granite for nothing.

      • SC Dave

        Well, that too

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

One thing we’re all rooting for is the Colts over Bucs, so go Hasslebeck!

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Anthony Barr has 5.5 sacks this season. Might be a better pickup than Goldman in the 2nd, though god knows our Dline is ravaged.

    Still early though.

    • http://www.dabearsbeat.com/ Johnathan Wood

Barr was a top 10 pick in 2014. Bears never had a chance at him in the draft.

      • http://www.dabearsbeat.com/ Johnathan Wood

(if you’re thinking of Eric Kendricks, Minnesota’s 2nd round pick this year, then yes, the Bears absolutely should have drafted him over Goldman).

        • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Oh yeah, got them mixed up.
Though Kendricks is also having a nice rook year.

        • SC Dave

And we both said so at the time

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

AP just brought out his switch on the Falcons. Fade to red…

  • Jack Lacan

Bortles must have record of quarterback throwing past line of scrimmage penalties.
Or he may have a “where am I” record.

  • DaMurph

Odell Beckham is in a class by himself!

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

He has like Mr. Potato Head mitts. Great body control. Route runner.

  • http://www.dabearsbeat.com/ Johnathan Wood

With ATL losing today, the last WC spot in the NFC is a free-for-all. ATL is 6-5 and would currently have that spot (1st WC right now is GB at 7-4). SEA is still playing, they’ll be either 5-6 or 6-5, depending on if they beat PIT, and there are 4 non-division leaders tied at 5-6, a group that includes the Bears.

Moral of the story: the Bears are only 1 game out of the playoffs right now. Holy shit.

    • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

Ugh, had minny and Detroit for the fucking taking. Denver too.

      • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

        Great minds…

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

If SEA loses, that’s a great day for the Bears, even though we’re the last 5-6 team in the race.

The Bucs and Skins games are gonna be tougher than we thought in the PS.

I still can’t get over those Vike/Kitten games. We WON those games.

Conservative Fox essentially trusted the D to win those games. Didn’t pan out. Did in GB.

      1/3 thus far.

    • willbest

Atlanta might have a game lead but they have to play Carolina twice. Seattle also has a tough gauntlet. There is a nontrivial chance the NFCN could represent in the playoffs with 3 teams.

  • willbest

So I guess we are all in on the Vikings. Need them to beat Seattle next week for us, and GB at the end of the season. And at that point they might as well crush the Giants WC hopes

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Wow. What a horrible call by Steelers.
Get the FG. It’s not as if SEA is a powerhouse O.

Also, no 12th man advantage today. Lots of Steeler fans at the stadium.

    • SC Dave

Steelers travel as well as the Bears do. They are always a presence on the road

  • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

minnesota is the worst 8-3 team i’ve ever seen. Holy shit that Vikings/Falcons game was like watching a drunk guy with a limp dick try to hump a chick but forgetting to take off her jeans. Both of those QB’s are knobs. Multiple red zone INT’s, fumbles, lunacy.

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

If it wasn’t for AP, that team would be 3-8.
Vikes are bad. Hopefully, if we sneak in the WC, we face them first.

      • EnderWiggin

UofM in the very very cold snow would be epic.

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

That Steeler 2ndary sucks, and SEA is finally figuring it out.
3rd and 16, and SEA converts? Christ.

We’re gonna find out if the Steelers can win a game where they don’t score 30+

  • willbest

To Jeff’s point, just going by the eye test Cutler is a top 10 Quarterback this year. Heck he is currently 10th in QBR. But are you really taking Fitzpatrick, Hoyer, and Eli over him?

  • Pissed Off

Apparently the bears are gonna have their hands full with this 49er team next week. Not that we are going to have any easy games being who we are but they are doing a number on the cards today

    • willbest

Blain Gabbert is legit!! We do get more time to prepare for them though

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Meh. the NFCW always play each other tough, esp at home.

If we get beat by Draughns and Gabbert, we don’t deserve to even dream about the playoffs.

  • RenoBear

So a little guilty pleasure take a peek at packers game blog … Got through about 5% of it before vomiting in my mouth a little. According to them everything is Clements fault for bad play calling, McCarthy for not taking back play calling duties, and Aaron Rodgers must be essentially playing with some form of paralyzation, he must be so hurt that he can’t play at all-world all the time. Their ignorance is completely astounding. I am so thankful for this blog.

    • willbest

My thought is that a fanbase needs to be humble a couple times a decade or they become unbearable.

    • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

i told you man, my pussy uncles and the rest of Packer fandom are looking for someones head to roll. Once they don’t make the playoffs or get bounced early shit will go down.

      • RenoBear

Good. Let the new coaching staff waste all world talent at QB. It’s all catching up to Rodgers now. The hits, poor receivers, etc. fuck that clown. I love watching his bitch ass mope around the sidelines. He’s a shit bsll ‘leader’ but the narrative in the media will never show that. Woohoo fuck the Fudgies!!

        • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

The Packers had 3 to 5 number 1 WR’s on the roster but then they got fucking cute and let Jennings go, Jones go (for a while), Nelson got hurt, Driver retired, their TE almost died and Cobb and Adams are not Jennings, Nelson, Driver my friends.

QB can’t do it all and when Rodgers is not absolutely fucking perfect the Packers are so beatable. That’s why they always fucking end up losing. They caught lightning in a bottle that one year they won the superbowl when Rodgers had the best season of all time, UDFA’s, rookies, and street guys played lights out and the majority of the O stayed healthy. That is rare though.

          • RenoBear

This. Even the Pavkers hierarchy was blinded by the flashes of brilliance from Rodgers. Now it will cost them dearly. And hopefully it will be painful for them

          • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

it was pretty consistent brilliance but it definitely blinded them to what would happen if his performance dropped off even a bit. They will miss or get bounced early again this year and it will be entertaining as shit to watch.

          • RenoBear

Yes consistent brilliance..and it will be fun to watch those assholes up north try to figure their shit out

          • burntorangenavyblue

Cost them in the fact that they expected Rodgers to have any receivers to perform greatly under him? Or GB spent too much on Rodgers that they overlooked everything else?

          • RenoBear

Not so much the monetary cost. More the that they were blinded to deficiencies on their team because superior QB play covers it up. But they are the ‘professionals’ and should be able to see past that. The fact that they couldn’t makes me laugh. And it seems to turn out that Rodgers CAN’T elevate mediocre receivers.. This also makes me very happy

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Said it before the game, say it again.
Can’t trust McFatty in a big game. Capers can’t coach a good D. In big games, GB WRs drop balls, and that kills them every year.

Our coaching staff is superior, and soon, our talent will be too.

  • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

I watched the Denver/Chicago game again. I am willing to bet that Osweiler has a sub 50rating tonight and they don’t score an offensive touchdown unless they get a turnover in the redzone from their D. We pissed that game away. He sucks.

    • willbest

Yep… If we had only had Jeffery we would have won by 2 touchdowns, even with Fox going monetarily insane.

You also look at the divisional games and wonder what might have been. It would be nice to have any one of those right now. Gives you hope for next season.

    • Irish Sweetness

      He’s looking pretty good ….

  • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

jimmy graham knee just gave out

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Graham was having a horrible season. Barnidge is better than him this year, and it’s not even close.

      • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

he was having a great game today when it happened.

  • RenoBear

Do the Richard Sherman pushing Brown FOWN doesn’t get called, then Wison get pushed while in bounds and he collapses and gets 15yds… Ahh yes the darlings of the NFL, Seattle and GB. Fuck em all

    • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

that was tough to watch. They called that a penalty on Porter and it resulted in a TD against us. Against Seattle they let it go and it’s a game changing interception at home.

  • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Chiefs and Texans are ascending in the AFC, and da Bears and Skins in the NFC, all teams essentially left for dead 2 weeks ago.

  • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

watching Pittsburghs D Backs play defense today was like watching an NFL ProBowl Game in Hawaii.

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

They actually have a pretty stout run D, but their secondary is a joke.

Not a good combo when the Steeler O forces shoot outs.

They also give up on the run way too fast, but that’s typical arrogant Todd Haley

  • burntorangenavyblue

Trying to decide if this is a great game or two bad teams playing. Of COURSE Sherman’s interception was his first of the year, and was totally PI, or at least illegal contact

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

That Steeler secondary is a huge liability. They can def put up some points. Roth put up 450 on that “vaunted” SEA secondary IN SEA.
Plus, their running game, when they actually commit to it, is robust.

But sometimes they’re just overly aggressive, and that costs them games.

    • willbest

Well we know it would have been a PI if they were playing the packers

  • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

Mike Carey will be quietly let go from his position at CBS of being a Referee liaison. I truly think he’s fucking blasted on booze. 2 rambling incoherent and completely incorrect assessments of what actually happened.
Mark my words. This is crazy, like he’s not even watching the tape that he’s being asked to analyze.

    • burntorangenavyblue

My favorite was his description of how “silent” the stadium went when Jimmy Graham got injured and how it is a huge loss for Seattle…..do commentators compete and get bonuses for asinine statements?

      • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

Graham has racked up 530 yds and 2 TDs all season. That’s not exactly “impactful”

Zach Miller in essentially two games has 212 Yds and 3 TDs.

      • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

Carey was adamant that the first catch by Wheaton was good until the announcer sheepishly asked him to clarify.
Then the Kam Chancellor INT he was talking about the WR having control then the Defender coming over……
Kam had the ball by HIMSELF. What in theeee fuck was Carey talking about?

  • burntorangenavyblue

Next game should be a slugfest hopefully. Kinda want Pats to win out til playoffs so that they can’t have any losses to help them adjust and win it all. I believe some losses are important to teams to figure who they are or what they are made of. Don’t want Pats to have that. Of course I would love for the Bears to have seen the same level of success the Pats had in the last decade or so

    • http://t.co/MsJnMxjrmd 4ever85! (AKA, ButchDeadLift)

I hope they lose tonight. I doubt they can learn anything from a lost vs the Broncos besides, “Don’t play a dominating D”.

The Broncos have game-changers at every level in that D. If they can’t stop a hobbling Pat’s O, no team can during the reg season.

      • burntorangenavyblue

If Broncos can ring some bells in Brady’s head, then I’m all for it

  • Trac

Luftwaffle is about to strafe Fresno with half a squadron. Lol

Yonny, since you’re not interested in keeping up with your team, will you swap some of your players for a bottle of Tradewinds? It’s a beautiful thing to see when you win with that lineup but I need help heading into the playoffs.

    • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

Who do I have suiting up.today?

            Interesting

    • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

Lol, do I not have any running backs playing, nor a TE, nor a second WR????

  • willbest

Sadly the Seahawks schedule is conducive for them getting 10 wins. 5 games against @MN, @BAL, CLE, STL, @ARZ. If they win next week they are going to 10 wins. Atlanta is toast, but we are still going to need to jump an NFCN team.

    • AlbertInTucson

The Seahawks do not exactly scare the Cardinals.

      • willbest

Yeah but they aren’t likely to lose to Ravens (even on the road) or to the Browns or Saint Louis.

  • The GP

Was our victory a residual Ditka curse effect?

    • BearDown100393

No. The Bears simply outplayed Green Bay on both sides of the ball.

    • BillW

Well we all got bent seeing him with the Packer sweater on. But I’m sure he knew the commercial with him taking it off revealing the Bears sweater underneath would air prior to thanksgiving

The implication was the Bears sweater was there all along.

It was fun as it turned out

  • BillW

Just turned on the game. Is the snow affecting the downward trajectory?

  • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

Haha, anyone see the Broncos.mascot kick the goalpost in anger after that Gostkowski PAT?

  • madscout12

Too bad the Broncos have a QB that throws behind and above his WR, and WR that can’t catch the ball when it hits them in the hands. Otherwise they’d be winning this game.

  • BearDown100393

Caitlyn Brady PMSing in Denver tonight.

  • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

Lol, did osweiler sleep with demaryius Thomas’
    mom?

  • Irish Sweetness

    Refs are making football unwatchable.

    • BillW

      And yet we watch

    • Cutty of Olivet Nazarene

      That holding call was brutal.

    • BearDown100393

      Bring back the scabs.

  • That Guy

So we’re only one game out of the 6th seed, but there are several tie-breakers working against us.

Interestingly Tampa Bay could be crucial in a few weeks in determining which team stays relevant.

    • MB30SD

tampa bay… oh, they’re coming up! They’re getting better!

      12 points. against indy.

      Not. Worried.

Wait, lovie smith is their HC right?

  • Irish Sweetness

Is ATS betting inclusive of overtime? Never been in that situation until now. In soccer your bet applies to 90 minutes only.

    • RenoBear

Here in the states it’s the entire game. Doesn’t matter how many OT’s. I would think most online books go that way w NFL too

      • Irish Sweetness

Yep, just checked, it’s after OT.

  • BillW

And then there was one. I was hoping for a super bowl of undefeateds but now looking to Chico staying undefeated until we knock him off in the playoffs

    • AlbertInTucson

Tall order for Chico IF anything happens to Cam.

Though it must have been extremely satisfying putting the final nail into the Cowboys with Greg Hardy on the field.

  • AlbertInTucson

    Cheatriots lose?

    Fine by me.

Does it take any of the sting out the Bears losing to Osweiler?

    No, not at all.

    last Sunday is STILL

    “One that got away”.

  • AlbertInTucson

    Tough day for tight ends.

Jimmy G and Gronk got cart rides.

    Never a good sign.

  • AlbertInTucson

And now, a word from our sponsor…

Tough day for tight ends in the NFL…

First, a cart ride for Jimmy G….

Then another tonight in Denver fell…

…and they had to cart off Rob Gronkowski.

    Burma-Shave.

    • The GP

      meh….

  • AlbertInTucson

    “DaBearsBlog @dabearsblog
    Are you insane, Mike Tomlin?”

Speculation is that Big Ben got the big bell rung on that last scramble and THAT’s why Tomlin went for 3.

    • willbest

I think that is why he did that there. However, that tweet was specifically about his 1st quarter going for it instead of kicking the FG

  • AlbertInTucson

Called you out on this a few threads back: Still likin’ you some Giants, Blogfather?
